Nikole will be sending you Zoom meeting confirmation and you'll be able to work on your screen or on Nikole's depending on where your project is located.

If you have already started working on it, you'll likely be sharing your screen so make sure that you have closed out any tabs or programs that you don't want to be seen when the screen sharing starts. This will also make it easy to navigate your project and make the process go smoothly. Try not to have 1000 tabs open in your browser...

If you need an in person meeting, Nikole will have to manually set that up and allow time for travel depending on where you're meeting with her. Costa Mesa/Newport Beach are the two cities she schedules face to face meetings in.

You'll want to have any emails or files readily available as far as your logo, professional headshot or any imagery you'll want to work on in the session. If you aren't able to get any items, don't worry, you can always put a placeholder there and upload that item when you can access it. Sometimes we have enough time to generate a headshot from AI so if this is something you're interested in, please make sure to have 10 - 20 photos of you from different angles so the AI can build your character from them! From there the fun begins!
